Kids Learn to Use Quill Pen in Time Traveler KidStudio

Kids will step will back in time in the Historical Society’s Time Travelers KidStudio, an interactive and educational studio space for making crafts and learning more about local history. This week’s theme is based on the Colonial era. Today, kids up to age 12 and accompanied by an adult, will learn to write with a quill pen, by creating a letter to a loved one.

The Colonial theme is a wonderful introduction to the Historical Society’s fall exhibit, opening October 16th, which is focused on Greenwich during the American Revolutionary War.

The studio space features a comfy reading corner, wall mural, coloring pages, bookmark making, interactive games and a hands-on history cart. The studio is open from noon to 4pm.
