Investment and Portfolio Management Workshops Workshop #4: Introduction to Alternative Asset Classes – At Greenwich Library

Greenwich Library will host  Workshop Four in the Investment and Portfolio Management Workshop Series: An Introduction to Alternative Asset Classes.   We will focus on alternative asset classes including inflation-linked bonds, commodities, REITSs, real estate, hedge funds and private equity at this workshop. We will illustrate their unique characteristics and compare them with traditional asset classes in terms of liquidity, downside risk and portfolio diversification features. The goal is to illustrate and develop appropriate strategies though the choice of optimal combinations of traditional and alternative assets in the marketplace. Holly Cao, CFA, has been in investment and wealth management business since 1999. She served as Vice President and Senior Vice President at Citigroup Asset Management, Citigroup Private Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management for more than ten years. Currently she is an independent representative of TransAmerica Financial Advisors.
