Greenwich High School Gym to be Busy Today, Host Wrestling and Girls Hoops

It’s a busy Wednesday at Greenwich High School, so why not come down to the gymnasium and catch two key FCIAC match-ups. Starting at 5, the Greenwich High wrestling team will be in action when they host Stamford High School. In the Ridgefield Challenge over the weekend, the Cards finished eighth out of 17 top wrestling programs and added two silver medal performances. Two hours later, it will be the GHS girls basketball team’s turn to hit the hardwood, as they host Stamford at 7 p.m. On Friday, Big Red smashed Norwalk High School 80-50, as Abbie Wolf finished with an impressive 25 points and 22 rebounds.
