GHS Gymnastics Team to Take on Darien High

Come on out and cheer on the undefeated Greenwich High School gymnastics team as they take on perennial powers Darien High School today at 6:30 p.m. at the Greenwich YWCA. You can’t have any better of a season so far for Big Red, as they are a perfect 3-0, beating Trumbull, Fairfield Warde and Staples. In their most recent game against Trumbull, the Lady Cardinals were paced by Adnerys DeJesus, as she took first place in all four events and finished with an all-around score of 36.85. On vault, DeJesus took the gold with a score of 9.4. On bars she grabbed first was a score of 9.25 and also was tops on her floor exercise with a score of 9.2. On the mean, DeJesus stayed strong and finished first with a score of 9.0.
