Greenwich Community Gardens is offering a new garden class titled “Preserve the Taste of Summer: Pickling, Fermenting and Drying.” Two community gardeners, Rosemary Louden and Geoff Lazlo will be teaming up once again to teach this class. It is a follow-up to their very well-attended spring class on growing and cooking with herbs.

Rosemary Louden is an expert herb gardener, author and lecturer, and Geoff Lazlo is the managing partner & executive chef at Mill Street Bar & Table.

Housing Authority residents will receive a $5 discount.

Please RSVP to info@greenwichcommunitygardens.org or 203-629-1499.
