Friends Friday Film Series: Brooklyn

There’s no longer-lived or better-known program associated with Greenwich Library than the Friends Friday Film Series, now 69 years old. For the 2016-2017 season, the Friends Friday Film Series will once again roll out a slate of award-winning new releases, classics and international films with wide-ranging appeal. This popular series is made possible by contributions to the Friends of Greenwich Library. The season kicks off with the Oscar nominated film Brooklyn. In partnership with the Friends Friday Films, the Flinn Gallery will once again offer special extended hours before six art-related films this year. Grab an early dinner on the Avenue then stop by the Gallery between 6 and 8 PM to tour the current show.
