Food Explorers: Zucchini Meatballs

Join Food Explorers to make Zucchini Meatballs! These meatballs are meat-free, but still just as delicious and go perfectly with your favorite pasta and sauce.
You’ll need the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic, 2 large zucchini’s, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, grated parmesan, and your choice of sauce. A cheese grater is required to shred the Zucchini.
