Join Food Explorers to make homemade Cheesecake Stuffed Egg Rolls with a Registered Dietitian!
Egg Roll wrappers are refrigerated, and can often be found in the specialty foods refrigerator in the produce section. We will be baking these Egg Rolls instead of frying them!
You’ll need the following ingredients: egg roll wrappers, cream cheese, sugar, milk and optional flavorings like: chocolate chips, vanilla, cocoa powder, sprinkles, fruit jam, cinnamon, etc.”
