FAR Attics and Basements Public Hearing

As a continuation from the Nov 15 meeting, Town of Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission will meet regarding the GAR proposal to:
1. Change the Grade Plane from 3 to 5 feet
2. Allow residents to use attic space w/o counting toward Gross Floor Area
