November 5, 2016 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Greenwich Library presents- in conjunction with the Oral History Project and Friends of the Cos Cob Library -a Family Memoir Series at various venues.  If you’ve ever wanted to preserve your family history, but didn’t know how, this is the program for you!
On November 5th at the Cos Cob Library Tony Lauriano will talk about Finding and Identifying Family in Photos.  Just about everyone has a box of family photos that are collecting dust in the attic.  Photos are a snapshot in time of your family history.  Tony will share his tricks of the trade to get the most out of your photographs.
Next, on Saturday December 17, Diana McCain and Carol Whitmer will talk at Cos Cob Library at 2 pm about how to talk to relatives about family history.  Family members are a valuable source of information.  They can identify people and important events in the life of your ancestors.
