David Dunlop: Visual Journeys Artist Talk & Opening Reception at The Drawing Room

The Drawing Room Art Gallery will host an Opening Reception of its upcoming exhibition, “David Dunlop: Visual Journeys.” This solo show celebrates the recent work of David Dunlop and his dynamic range of subjects, examining the varying and mysterious ways in which he vividly expresses light, place, and time through his painting.
In conjunction with the opening of this exhibition, the artist will be giving a talk on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 4 p.m., followed by the Gallery’s Opening Reception. The events are free and open to the public.
Artist, lecturer and teacher, David Dunlop is the engaging host and Emmy Award-winning writer of the 13-episode PBS television series, Landscapes Through Time with David Dunlop. Dunlop is a modern-day old master whose luminous landscapes draw from both Renaissance techniques and contemporary science.
