Back-to-school season can bring unique challenges for kids and teens—academics, friendships, social media, and the pressure to succeed. This engaging lecture presented by Greenwich Psychology Group will provide parents with practical tools to strengthen connection and communication with their children while fostering trust and resilience.

Key topics include:

Why kids may struggle to open up and how to encourage healthy dialogue

Setting boundaries while maintaining a supportive parent–child relationship

Aligning parenting approaches in discipline and expectations

Guiding tweens and teens through social media and peer pressure

Recognizing and responding to academic stress

Actionable strategies to build long-term trust and connection

Parents will walk away with research-based strategies and real-life tools to help their children feel supported, understood, and empowered.
