Greenwich Botanical Center welcomes Chef Julia Blandori in a covid safe space to launch its Clean Cooking series with Lemon Presidential Preserves…cooking and using lemons in multiple ways! Lemons, mason jars, kosher salt, sugar will be provides as well as an already preserved jar for immediate use while waiting for your own creation…asking participants to bring own serrated knife, cutting board and large mixing bowl but they will be able to taste three sample dishes.
