The Greenwich Retired Men’s Association will present an address by Kermit (Kim) Roosevelt III, constitutional scholar, great-great-grandson of President Theodore Roosevelt, and the award-winning author of Allegiance, on Wednesday, Feb. 10.

Set in World War II, Allegiance recaptures American life and political intrigue in the wake of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Roosevelt examines what it means to be American and to be loyal to the country and to the Constitution.

The Greenwich Retired Men’s Association offers a free program every Wednesday that is open to the public; no reservations are required. The social break starts at 10:40 a.m. followed by speaker at 11 a.m. Programs are at the First Presbyterian Church of Greenwich, 1 West Putnam Avenue.
