Audubon Birding Field Trip to Rosa Hartman Park, Old Greenwich

May 14, 2017 @ 7:00 am - 10:00 pm

Like Central Park in NYC, Rosa Hartman Park in Greenwich provides a green oasis in a developed area for thousands of migrating birds. On this trip, you may see Warblers, Vireos, Orioles, Tanagers, Grosbeaks and other neotropical birds. Its not uncommon to see 15-20 species of Warblers there in a single day in May and this trip should fall right at the peak of spring migration. Depart Audubon Greenwich at 7:00 AM or meet in the Rosa Hartman Park parking lot on Brownhouse Rd, Greenwich CT at 7:30 AM.
Birders 6 & up.
Free
This trip will be limited to 15 attendees so please RSVP in advance to Ryan at rmaclean@audubon.org or 914-417-5234.
