Let’s be real… learning how to work out can feel confusing, awkward, and a little bit intimidating at times. But, at the YMCA of Greenwich, we’ve got your back!
Join us Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for one (or more) of our week-long Teen Wellness Mini-Camps. Open to ages 11 to 15 years old.
Not sure where to start? You’ve got options! Enjoy three different one-week camps throughout the summer. Simply pick what fits your vibe, and our certified personal trainers will guide you every step of the way in a safe, supportive space.
FAQs
Q: How long is the camp?
A: One week — but we have three different versions to choose from!
Mini-Camp A (1)
June 30 to July 3, 2025
July 14 to 17, 2025
Mini-Camp B (2)
July 7 to 10, 2025
July 21 to 24, 2025
Mini-Camp C (3) (Boxing)
July 28 to 31, 2025
Q: What’s the difference?
A: All three camps will teach you the basics of how to train safely and how to recover from a workout. Mini-Camp A has Boxing and Personalized Exercise Routine Building, Mini-Camp B has HIIT, Yoga, and Nutrition, and Mini-Camp C (Boxing) is strictly boxing.
Q: Can I do all three?
A: Of course you can! The more you do, the better! The skills and habits you build this summer will stick, and before you know it, working out will become part of your weekly routine.

Introducing Portland, Maine
For those who can’t stand the heat, for those who like charming coastal cities, for those who like the size of this little town, for those who love food, for those who love travel… may I introduce you to Portland, Maine. This city stands out as one of the best places to visit on the East Coast, blending the charisma of a classic seacoast town with the bustling energy of the state’s largest city. Clocking in with a population of just 68,313 residents, it seems hard to believe that Portland is Maine’s largest city.
