Preparing Honeybees For Winter

Join GLT’s Conservation Outreach Manager, Dan Brubaker for an educational program at the Mueller Preserve. Guests will get to see GLT’s honeybee hives and learn what the bees and the beekeepers are doing to prepare for winter. A bee suit is not required. This program is weather dependent and will not run if it rains. Please bring a mask, as all current distancing rules will be utilized for everyone’s safety. Please dress appropriately for an outdoor walk and don’t forget your sun protection and water bottle!
