The Inner-City Foundation for Charity and Education awarded a $10,000 grant to Kids in Crisis (KIC) for their Safe Haven for Kids program. This program provides shelter for children, all the way from newborns to seventeen year olds who have been neglected, abused or abandoned or are not safe in their own homes. Visitors to the shelter receive educational, therapeutic and medical services. The generous contribution will help the Kids in Crisis to continue providing shelter to all children in the area who require their care.
