Vera Constandaki, a longtime resident of Greenwich, passed away peacefully on Nov. 18, 2018. She was born to the late Peter and Nadezhda (Azhinova) Kovalenko in Athens, Greece on July 22, 1935 and was 83 years old at the time of her passing.
Vera was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack Constandaki, and is survived by her four children and eight grandchildren.
A funeral service took place Nov. 21 at the Cathedral of St. Seraphim of Sarov, N.Y., followed by interment at the Cemetery of the Russian Orthodox Convent Novo-Diveevo.
