UPDATED: Tuesday, Aug. 8 at 7:46 p.m.: The power outage that hit the Central Greenwich area earlier today has been fixed, as power has been restored.
Around 5:19 p.m., Central Greenwich lost power, as Eversource reported that around 1,500 customers were without power.
