What if Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) was not a disorder but a trait with unique gifts, if you knew how to access them? On Wednesday, March 1 at 7 p.m. The Nantucket Project (TNP) Library presents “ADHD: Delivered from Distraction,” with Dr. Edward (Ned) Hallowell, the specialist who reframed the conversation around ADD and ADHD from disability to strength.

Hallowell, a child and adult psychiatrist, and New York Times best-selling author of Driven To Distraction and Delivered From Distraction will address current research and treatment options as well as how to manage ADD at work and how to support a loved one with ADD. He will also share how he manages his own ADHD to master its power, minimize its pitfalls, and live a highly productive life.

Hallowell is a leading authority in the field of ADHD, a world-renowned speaker and the host of the Distraction podcast. He is the founder of The Hallowell Centers for Cognitive and Emotional Health in Boston MetroWest, NYC, San Francisco and Seattle. Learn more at drhallowell.com

The Nantucket Project (TNP) Library is located at 123 Mason St. The program is free but RSVP is required and can be made at nantucketproject.com/upcoming-events/adhd
