Whole Foods 5% Community Giving Days – benefiting the Bruce Museum

Today, a shopping trip to Whole Foods Market will buy more than natural and organic foods, it will also support Family Days at the Bruce Museum. This fall Whole Foods has pledged to support the monthly educational programming for the Bruce Museum’s Family Days with 5% of its net sales on this day. These family-friendly afternoon events are themed to echo the Museum’s exhibitions and feature hands-on art and science workshops, tours of the museum’s exhibitions, live performances, and inquiry-based games and activities that encourage families to learn together.

The Bruce Museum Family Day activities, designed to give children from diverse backgrounds maximum exposure to both scientific and artistic concepts and processes, are free with museum admission.
