Come to the Greenwich Hospital for a Bariatric Support Group. If you have undergone or are planning to have gastric bypass, lap band or sleeve gastrectomy surgery, you can get ongoing support and information. Guest speakers will address a variety of medical, nutritional and lifestyle topics to help you achieve the best possible outcomes. Held in the Cos Cob Conference Room.
