Cos Cob Park Field Dedication

The Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation will be dedicating the athletic playing field at Cos Cob Park in honor of former State Representative and State Senator, Emil “Bennie” Benvenuto; the man who was responsible for acquiring the property for the Town of Greenwich.
Bennie had the foresight and determination to arrange a transaction that resulted in two town treasures what are now the River House Adult Day Care Center, and the Cos Cob Park.
