Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates announced that Summit Health has signed a long-term lease renewal and expansion totaling 19,853 square feet of medical office and urgent care space at 644 West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, CT.
Summit Health will renew its existing 14,243-square-foot space on the ground and second floors while adding 5,610 square feet on the second floor.
Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates were represented by Newmark’s Tim Rorick alongside in-house leasing and legal teams while Cushman and Wakefield’s Kevin J. McCarthy represented Summit Health.
