Today at 1:00 p.m., Governor Ned Lamont will hold a news conference to discuss Connecticut’s first-ever April Sales Tax-Free Week, which takes place from Sunday, April 10 through Saturday, April 16.
Similar to the annual sales tax-free week that occurs in August, retail purchases of most clothing and footwear items priced under $100 are except from the Connecticut sales and use tax during the week.
This news conference will be held via Zoom.
