The Junior League of Greenwich (JLG) will host its second annual Women’s Conference on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Townhouse in Greenwich. The one-day event will feature keynote speaker Mackenzie Phillips and a series of discussions and breakout sessions focused on women’s health, personal development, and leadership.
The conference theme, “Every Woman. All Things.”, reflects the many roles and responsibilities women navigate throughout their lives.
“We are honored to welcome Mackenzie Phillips as the keynote speaker for this year’s conference,” said Sammie Jacobs, President of the Junior League of Greenwich. “This event provides an opportunity for women to connect, reflect, and engage in conversations around personal growth, well-being, and leadership.”
Phillips is an actress, author, and speaker known for her roles in Orange Is the New Black, One Day at a Time, and American Graffiti. She is also a New York Times bestselling author and an advocate for addiction recovery, trauma awareness, and mental health education. During the conference, Phillips will discuss her personal experiences and work in advocacy.
The program will also include a Women’s Mental Health Panel featuring:
-
Dr. Emily Stern, Psychologist
-
Dr. Christina Schwefel, Psychologist
-
Jennifer Colby, Clinical Social Worker
Panelists will discuss common mental health challenges faced by women and share perspectives on balancing family responsibilities, careers, caregiving, and personal well-being.
In addition, attendees may participate in smaller breakout sessions focused on health, wellness, and financial planning. Topics include:
-
Hormones and Perimenopause, led by Dr. Alicia Robbins, OB/GYN and menopause practitioner
-
Stress and Women’s Health Through Eastern Medicine, led by Dr. Klara Brown, women’s integrative wellness practitioner
-
Financial Planning and Long-Term Confidence, led by Sylvia Guinan, senior financial advisor
According to Jacobs, the conference builds on the success of the inaugural event held in 2025 and supports the organization’s broader mission of advancing women’s leadership through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.
The event will include speaker sessions, panel discussions, breakout workshops, lunch, and networking opportunities.
