First Selectman, State Dignitaries to Join Greenwich Communities for ‘Welcome Home’ Key Presentation

Greenwich Communities announces that First Selectman Fred Camillo will join local, and state elected officials for a “Welcome Home” Key Presentation ceremony on Saturday, February 21st, at 10:00 AM. The event, held in the Winston A. Robinson Community Room at Armstrong Court, celebrates the latest families to move into the community’s newly modernized residences.

The presence of First Selectman Camillo and other distinguished guests from Town and State government underscores the importance of high-quality affordable housing in the Greenwich community. The ceremony will mark a major milestone for Armstrong Court, which has undergone extensive renovations to provide energy-efficient, dignified, and modern living spaces.
“We are thrilled to have First Selectman Camillo, and our state representatives join us for this special occasion,” said Anthony Johnson, CEO of Greenwich Communities. “Their support is a testament to the fact that when we provide quality housing, we are strengthening the entire town. It is a proud day for our residents and our leadership team.”
To celebrate the occasion, a light breakfast and drinks will be served. The public is encouraged to attend, meet their neighbors, and hear from local leaders about the future of housing in Greenwich.
“Handing over keys to a new home is a life-changing moment for our residents,” added Sam Romeo, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners. “Having our town’s leadership there to witness it shows these families that they are a valued and vital part of the fabric of Greenwich.”
