Impact Fairfield County (Impact FFC), a premier collective giving organization in Fairfield County in its 11th year of grant making, announces its new Board Members and Fall Kickoff. Impact FFC welcomes its new board members: Annie Itkin, Pepper Anderson, Kelly Buchalter and Cara During.
Annika Kennon and Jennifer Servedio of Greenwich will lead the Impact FFC Board for the 2025-26 grant cycle as Co-Presidents, with Annie Itkin serving as Vice-President.
New to the Board this year are:
Annie Itkin – Vice President. Annie brings expertise in law, nonprofit governance, and journalism. She practiced corporate litigation at a global law firm, later advising small nonprofits and community organizations in New York and Greenwich. An Impact FFC member since 2021, she has served as a Review Committee Chair for three years. Annie lives in Old Greenwich with her husband, two sons, and rescue dog.
Pepper Lindsley Anderson – Grantee Oversight Chair. Pepper has been an Impact FFC member since 2016, serving on both financial and grant review committees, including as a Review Committee Chair. She spent more than 20 years at JPMorgan Private Bank and later as President & CEO of Chilton Trust. Pepper has also served on the boards of the Greenwich Symphony Orchestra and the YWCA. A longtime Greenwich resident, she raised two children locally.
Kelly Buchalter – Generation Impact & Strategic Engagement Chair. Kelly began her career in private wealth management at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers before co-founding Charity Folks, a pioneering online fundraising platform that raised tens of millions for nonprofits worldwide. An Impact FFC member since 2019, she has served on several Review Committees and the Early LOI and CPP Committees. Kelly is also active with the Greenwich Academy Parents Association and lives in Greenwich with her husband and daughter.
Cara During – Social Media & Design Chair. Cara is the Chief Program Officer at The Center for Empowerment and Education, where she oversees programs spanning crisis intervention, counseling, shelter, and prevention education. With over a decade of nonprofit leadership, she has also worked nationally on issues of interpersonal violence and sex trafficking, beginning her advocacy in high school. Cara joined Impact FFC in 2023 and lives in Bethel with her husband and dog.

Impact FFC’s annual Fall Kickoff will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Loading Dock in Stamford. Members, guests, and prospective members are invited to learn more about Impact FFC’s grantmaking and hear from Impact FFC’s 2025 Grantees about the impact of their $100,000 awards.
