Greenwich Hospital recently hosted its 50th annual House Staff graduation ceremony for its resident physicians. The event marked a significant milestone in the careers of the 12 honorees (five residents and seven interns) who will now transition into the next stage of their medical professional journeys. Greenwich Hospital leadership was on hand to thank the graduates for their service and congratulate them on their success and hard work.
“Today, we are gathered not just to celebrate a milestone, but to honor a profound transformation.,” said Greenwich Hospital President Robert Blenderman, PA, MBA. “This is a culmination of sleepless nights, impossible cases, breakthrough moments and quiet victories. It’s also a reflection of something deeper – your commitment to medicine at a time when the world has never needed it more.”
Before each graduating resident received their diploma, Charles B. Seelig, MD, residency program director, shared personal stories of the graduate’s skills and personalities.
