Eugene Morlot Park Memorial Day

This Memorial Day a ceremony was held at Eugene Morlot Park in Byram, CT. People of Greenwich were welcomed to attend the memorial and honor our veterans who devoted their time, and fought for our country. Many families shared anecdotes and wonderful memories with each other reminding us how significant our soldiers are to our community and our nation as a whole.

Cos Cob Honors Heroes at Memorial Day Event

To commemorate lost warriors and important anniversaries, the Cos Cob VFW held its Memorial Day Ceremony on May 24. Leaders and veterans recognized the sacrifices made by soldiers and their families. An appeal to support the VFW's used book drive concluded the program.
