March Sales Plunge – Contracts Hold Up – Inventory Stays Down
In a month where our 10-year pre-Covid average in sales was 42, we didn’t come close. Even in March 2024, with only slightly higher inventory levels than we have now, we had 32 sales compared to this March’s 19 sales. What we didn’t have in March 2024 were financial prognosticators raising the chances of a recession.
