Lexy Tomaino brings a dynamic and transformative approach to Vinyasa Flow Yoga, creating an energizing space where students can challenge themselves, cultivate gratitude, and embrace the joy of movement. With an extensive background in yoga, Pilates, and meditation, she integrates strength, mindfulness, and breath-work into her classes, encouraging students to develop both physical resilience and mental clarity.
Tomaino’s expertise is rooted in years of dedicated study. She has completed multiple 200-hour and 300-hour yoga certifications, earned a classical Pilates certification, and trained extensively in meditation. Her academic achievements include a Master’s in Theology and a Juris Doctor from Emory University, bringing a depth of knowledge and a unique perspective to her teaching.
Beyond the studio, Tomaino practices wellness law and prioritizes time with her family. Her classes offer a holistic approach to well-being, emphasizing the connection between effort on the mat and transformation in everyday life.
