With a focus on individualized care and long-term recovery, we support clients in overcoming the barriers of late-onset mental illness through personalized services and community reintegration. As we look to the future, Pathways is working with the National Executive Service Corps (NESC) to develop a strategic plan that will expand our impact and ensure sustainable growth, reaching more individuals in need of compassionate care and support.
