Escape Aviation LLC, the renowned private global and domestic air charter business based out of Manhattan with ample ties to Greenwich, has been soaring to remarkable heights over the past few years since being its 2022 inception, having earned a stellar reputation for its productivity and popularity with a reputation for providing its clients with exceptional service as well as excellent rates.

Escape Aviation LLC, first established in August 2022 by Caleb Boyko and Kaden Green, its owners and chief operators, has become known as a premier private jet carrier in the U.S. and around the world in this relatively short period of time due to the fact that it provides everything flight-related and beyond for its clients at a great rate, including all aspects of a comprehensive travel experience at land destinations.

According to Boyko and Green, who are close friends as well as business partners, the primary goal of Escape Aviation LLC, based in New York City, is to provide an expeditious, easy and efficient experience for their clients right from the moment the first inquiry is made through to making flight plans, the flight itself and conclusively, with all aspects of their arrival on land, rendering this operation as first rate in every regard.

For this dynamic and driven duo, the primary purpose is to work as hard as they can in order to provide every one of their clients with an optimal experience.

“It’s all about putting as much time and effort as we can in order to provide our clients with the best experience possible,” said Green, who is a licensed pilot. “We are all about building good, strong relationships with people through our work, experience and efforts. That is the best part of this whole experience.”

Escape Aviation built upon foundation of friendship

Relationships certainly seem to be the main reason as to why Green and Boyko have built such a burgeoning and successful business together with Escape Aviation over the past few years, that is for certain.

In 2017, Boyko and Green first met when they were both attending the Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, Massachusetts as sophomores, a serendipitous encounter that has since evolved into a life-changing experience for both of them.

“I was new at the school and Caleb offered to take me for lunch after English class one day,” said Green. “Over lunch, we talked about so many things. From there, we talked everyday after that and would often discuss ideas for a business. We were both into aviation and then sat down and thought about how we could make a business together with it which is how the idea came up for what we do.”

“It was an idea that came up when we were eating in the dining hall,” said Boyko. “Once we decided we wanted to do this and were willing to take the risk to get started, everything began to gel pretty quickly.”

At this stage, Boyko and Green had each raised 1,500 dollars for a joint total of three thousand dollars to start the company that they subsequently named Escape Aviation LLC.

Shortly thereafter, the two, through additional support and guidance from their families and other dedicated colleagues, proceeded to hire an accountant and attorney as they further embarked on this exciting journey.

Working around the clock, something they both continue to do right through to the present, Green and Boyko started to build a dedicated and loyal client base with their company.

Notably, the turning point for Escape Aviation occurred in fall of 2022 when Green had reached out through a What’s App group chat asking if anyone might be interested in flying from Aspen, Colorado to the New York City metro area on one of their charter planes that was on a second/return leg at a great rate.

In turn, several people responded and wound up booking flights.

From there, most of them soon started flying with Escape Aviation on a regular basis as buzz soon started to quickly get around about Escape Aviation in terms of its efficiency, quality and costs with its private charter jets.

Within a few months, the company had started to build its clientele at an exponential rate, transporting dozens of customers back and forth from New York to Aspen and other destinations around the U.S. as well as in and around Europe on a regular basis.

Since then, Escape Aviation has further continued to grow at an incredible rate in terms of increasing its clientele as well as in regard to adding flight destinations in and around the U.S. and Europe.

“In 2023, we almost doubled our business,” said Boyko. “Our goal is to continue to grow every year and right now, it’s looking close that we’re going to double what we did last year, which is very exciting.”

Green agreed.

“It’s all about doing good work and bringing the best possible experience to everyone,” said Green. “When you do good work, I believe the word starts to get around.”

For Green and Boyko, the main goal is to provide great service to their customers, stemming from the work ethic and philosophy ‘you reap what you sow.’

“I think the effort you put in are shown in the results you get out,” said Green. “It’s gratifying to work as hard as you can to provide for others. For us, this work will never stop.”

Boyko further elaborated on the significance of establishing and building relationships with all of their clients.

“It’s all about building relationships and making sure every client is taken care of on every level,” said Boyko. “We’re always trying to think of ways to keep building and growing so we cover every aspect of this venture.”

Green concurred.

“It’s all about dedicating everything we do to doing a great job for all of our clients,” said Green.

Time-management maestros

It is also quite impressive in reflecting on the success of Escape Aviation LLC over the past couple of years to consider that both Boyko and Green are also full-time college students.

Boyko is a freshman at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas (he did a post-graduate year at a different school in Connecticut to follow plans of playing college baseball), while Green is a sophomore at the University of Miami, as each of them have set a terrific precedent in regard to the fact that they can so effectively manage running their business while also pursuing their studies at a high academic level.

For Green and Boyko, this aspect of their lives only provides yet another motivational factor to further each of them in terms of continuing to build Escape Aviation.

“We’re doing something we love and we have a dream. There’s also something about the grind and a having a high level of discipline that is extremely gratifying,” said Boyko. “You get in the zone, focus and do the job.”

Green agreed.

“We go by the motto ‘the effort you put in are the results you get out,’” said Green. “The work never stops, which is great.”

While also setting a profound and inspirational example for those around them, Boyko and Green are openly candid about the experience of pursuing their studies at a college level while also running the company.

“You’ve got to be focused and find the balance which is so much of what life is all about,” said Green. “Growth in any respect always takes effort, discipline, dedication and time.”

Green and Boyko also expressed tremendous gratitude to their families for throughout this exciting journey for all their support.

“Both of our parents and our families have been and are incredible,” said Boyko. “They’ve always been there to help support and guild us.”

A golden presence in Greenwich

In addition to building their client base at a terrific level and increasing the number of their domestic and global private charter air flights, Escape Aviation has also established a viable presence in Greenwich this past year through its sponsorship one of the top-ranked high-goal polo teams at the Greenwich Polo Club.

This past season, Green and Boyko’s team, Escape Aviation, reflected the same standard of success as their business upon clinching the prestigious Gold Cup Championship and finishing as a top-three finisher in the Silver and Bronze Cup tournaments at the Greenwich Polo Club, something they were clearly both thrilled about.

“We were talking about different outlets and ways to advertise and Kaden and I thought sponsoring a polo team would be a great idea,” said Boyko. “We were super excited about it because it was so unique, different and fun and believed it was worth taking the risk and it turned out to be such a great experience.”

Boyko and Green also gave big props for pursuing this venture to Andrew Gundlach, their client and friend who has played on and sponsored top-shelf teams at the Greenwich Polo Club, along with his sister, Annabelle Gundy, for years.

“The applause for this should go to Andrew and his team,” said Boyko. (Andrew, along with his son, Max Gundlach and various other players comprised the Escape Aviation team roster this past season.) “He and the whole team practiced a lot and were focused on doing well.”

Moreover, Boyko and Green both have a big affinity for Greenwich and its people, as both have spent an extensive amount of time here over the years with friends and their families being based in the area.

“Greenwich is an incredible place with amazing people and I always have such a great time there,” said Boyko. “It’s meant a great deal to us to have been involved with Greenwich through the polo team. It’s been exciting and it means a lot to us.”

Looking ahead to a sparkling future

In looking ahead to the future, Green and Boyko are looking to grow Escape Aviation on numerous different levels.

The two are looking to charter jets in and around Asia as well as the Middle East and are also looking to acquire aircraft as well as continue to build their charter business clientele at a substantial level.

“We’re always talking and thinking about what’s next,” said Green.

Boyko agreed.

“Like athletes, you’re constantly working on your craft to grow. In this process, you dedicate everything you can to make that happen and there are sacrifices, but it’s all definitely worth it,” said Boyko. “The most important thing is to build relationships and make the clients happy, which is the best part of this whole experience.”
