Round Hill Community Church will offer a special Blessing of the Animals service at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 29 at the Round Hill Community House, next to the Church.
“We welcome all creatures, great and small, as we give thanks for the role they have had in our lives and reaffirm our responsibilities as stewards of God’s creation.”
Everyone is invited to come with or without a pet. In past years, some people have brought a picture or stuffed animal in memory of pets who have died. A bluegrass band will perform during the service.
There will be a Coffee Hour following the service, and treats will be available for all attendees. All are welcome.
