Greenwich Garden Club presents ‘Unexpected Beauty’ Flower Show

The Greenwich Garden Club, a member of the Garden Club of America, will host “Unexpected Beauty”, A GCA Flower Show, on Friday, June 14, from 10 am to 4 pm and Saturday, June 15 from 10 am to 2 pm, at Christ Church Parish Hall, 254 Putnam Avenue.

The show is free and open to the public and will feature exhibits in Floral Design, Horticulture, Photography, and Botanical Arts. Forums will be offered over the two days including a floral design workshop, a sound bath experience, a look into the magical world of mushrooms and an opportunity to learn how to create a magical moon garden, and more.

Author/photographer Craig Burrows will be at the show with his latest book, “What the Bees See”. A boutique will feature unexpectedly beautiful and unique items.

Proceeds from the Flower Show will go to the Greenwich Garden Club Civic Improvement Fund. Chairwomen are Jane Dunn, Nina King and Susan Schieffelin.
