The Gatherings committee of Christ Church Greenwich will host “Wine and Cheese Pairings from Around the World”, on Friday, April 5, 6:30 pm, in the Tomes-Higgins House (on the Christ Church campus), 216 East Putnam Avenue.

The event will feature six Wine Distributors representing vineyards from around the world and sharing wine samples while the Cheese Mongers provided by Fairfield Greenwich Cheese Shop, suggest the perfect pairings of cheese and wines. Upon arrival, attendees will be presented with a Passport for their Pairings journey, providing wine and cheese details and the ability to purchase their favorite offerings. They will also enjoy a dining table full of ham, turkey, and nibblies, while they socialize, learn, and compare notes.
The Christ Church Gatherings Community is an enthusiastic group of volunteers that creates social events for parishioners and the greater Greenwich community. All of the events are created to be “friend-raisers,” not fundraisers, keeping the admission prices as low as possible to cover costs.
