RMA Presents “How Greenwich Communities Can Save Greenwich from Over-Development”
Tony Johnson and Sam Romeo answered 10 questions pre-submitted by the RMA audience. They touched on the provisions of the 8-30g law, the low availability of affordable housing in Greenwich, and the need for Greenwich to reach a 10% threshold within 10 years. They said that Greenwich Communities works to increase the number of affordable housing units in Greenwich to help maintain local control over the housing issue.
