
Impact Fairfield County (Impact FFC), a premier collective giving organization in Fairfield County in its 9th year of grant making, announced its new Board Members and Fall Kickoff. Impact FFC welcomes its new board members: Annika Kennon, Annette Fiore, Dana Hammack, Ashley Kidd, and Lauren Rockliff, all who reside in Greenwich, CT. Kennon will serve as Vice President, Fiore as Treasurer, Hammack and Kidd as Co-Chairs of Communications and Rockliff as Co-Chair of Membership. Jenny San Jose of Darien and Kristen Rosenbaum of Greenwich will lead the Impact FFC Board for the 2023-24 grant cycle as Co-Presidents.
Annika Kennon is the Vice President of Client Relations for Clear Harbor Asset Management. Earlier in her career, she worked in engineering and Supply Chain management consulting. Through Impact FFC, Kennon was connected to Future 5 where she volunteers her time as a teen mentor, helping underserved students in Stamford to connect with resources and assistance to assist in their college and career journeys. She has been an active member of Impact FFC since 2020.
Annette Fiore has an extensive background in accounting and finance from years at Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young. More recently, Fiore has offered accounting expertise to charitable organizations from neighborhood associations to school booster clubs, and has served on the Financial Review Committee of Impact FFC for five years.
Dana Hammack is a strategy and marketing consultant, with more than fifteen years of experience. Prior to consulting, she was the Head of Marketing, North America for a tech disruptor in the transportation space. Hammack has held a number of Parent Association Board positions at Greenwich Country Day School, is a Reunion-Co-Chair and fundraiser for Colgate University and a committee member for the Greenwich Land Trust. She has served as an Impact FFC Review Committee Chair for the past two years.
Ashley Kidd is a founder, brand strategist, and e-commerce operator of Howdy Dudey Neon. Prior to her current role, Ashley worked as a marketing manager in NYC. Kidd has been an active member of the Impact organization since 2021 and has served on the Communications Committee since 2022.
Lauren (Loz) Rockliff currently serves on Parkway Elementary School’s PTA as Fundraising chair and Board Member. Rockliff’s career experience includes nearly a decade of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in their London and Sydney offices. She has been a member of Impact since 2019, actively involved with Review Committees and Membership.

Impact FFC’s Fall Kickoff will be held Wednesday, November 8th from 10am to 12pm at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Anyone interested in learning more about Impact FFC is welcome to join. Last year’s $100,000 grant winners, The Center for Empowerment & Education (CEE) and The Catholic Academy of Bridgeport (CAB) will share their results from their Impact grants. With the Impact FFC grant, CAB will open “The Happy Hollow Outdoor Learning Center” at its St. Raphael campus, providing a safe, educational outdoor environment. CEE is using its grant to expand their Community Impact team, providing critically needed Prevention Education and Training programs across 100% of schools in Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, Newtown, Ridgefield, Redding, and Sherman. These programs provide empowerment, education and support services with the goal of breaking the cycle of interpersonal violence.
