The Friends of Cos Cob Library will host an Open House and Kids’ Book Swap on Saturday, September 9, from 12:00pm – 4:00pm.
There will be music, face-painting, jewelry-making, animals and other fun activities. In addition, there will be a selection of gently-used childrens’ books to swap (bring 3, take 3).
The drawing for the Summer Reading Grand prize will be held and a visit from Dominick the Ice Cream Man will round out the day.
The Library’s popular Adult Programs of Chair Yoga, virtual Qi Gong and their four Book groups will be also featured, as well as Common Threads Hand Crafts and Sit n Stitch Knitting Group.
