The boating season in Greenwich is just about to begin. In order to raise awareness about the importance of safe boating practices, the Greenwich Sentinel recently conducted an interview with the Marine Division of the Greenwich Police Department. During this interview, we at the Sentinel had the opportunity to learn about the role of the Marine Division in ensuring the safety of boaters in the area, as well as join officers for a ride along on one of the division’s three police boats, and see their search and rescue drone.
