The Greenwich Women’s Conference 2023 will take place on Saturday, April 22, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and will be held at the Christ Church campus. The conference is open to all women, regardless of faith, and is an opportunity to learn from and network with fifteen remarkable speakers.
The conference will cover an array of different topics, including relationships, anxiety, happiness, financial success. Attendees will have the opportunity to select their schedule from a list of group discussions, speakers, and workshops that will provide both practical advice and inspiration. The event is designed for women in all walks of life.
One of the speakers at the event is Icy Frantz, who will speak on “Choosing Life – Coping with Turning Points in Life”.
Another speaker is Heather Watson Hardie, the Founder of Greenwich Suzuki Academy. Hardie will be discussing how to avoid negativity to cultivate a positive mindset. Her talk will be especially relevant for those feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of daily life.
Jody Noland is an author and coach who will be speaking on the topic of relationships and letter writing. Her talk, “Leave Nothing Unsaid”, will provide practical advice on how to communicate effectively with loved ones.
Jill Woolworth, a therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, will be speaking on “Loving & Losing: Growing & Grief”. Woolworth’s talk will focus on how to navigate the difficult emotions that arise when we lose someone we love.
Kate Osman is a therapist who will be speaking on “Calming the Choppy Waters of Anxiety in Children and Teens”. Her talk will be especially relevant for parents who are struggling to help their children cope with anxiety.
Susan Gestal will be speaking on “Boundaries for Women”. Her talk will provide practical advice on how to set healthy boundaries in relationships and at work.
Jenny Clift is an energy performance coach who will be speaking on “EFT Tapping to Navigate Life with Less Stress and More Success”. Her talk will provide practical tools for reducing stress and increasing productivity.
Ellen Brezovsky and Corina Restrepo are therapists from Kids in Crisis who will be speaking on “Why Are Kids So Anxious and What Can I Do About It?” Their talk will be especially relevant for parents and caregivers who are looking for ways to support children who are struggling.
Finally, Amy Mooney and Claudia Gourdon are financial advisors who will be speaking on “Women and Money: Navigating Life’s Transitions”. Their talk will provide practical advice on how to navigate life’s financial challenges, from marriage and divorce to retirement and inheritance.
In addition to the inspiring speakers, attendees will have the opportunity to network with local nonprofit organizations represented at tables during the buffet lunch.
Women’s networking events like the Women’s Conference 2023 are important opportunities for women to learn from and support one another, and to gain the tools and inspiration they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
