
Dominick Chiappetta, a lifelong resident of Greenwich, passed away Saturday, January 7. He was 73. Born January 16, 1949 to Anthony and Jennie Chiappetta. Dominick attended Greenwich High School.
Dominick worked for many years as a limo driver for Greenwich Taxi and later for his own business. He had a passion for golf, basketball, and was a die hard San Francisco Giants fan. He was known for his sense of humor and always knew how to make someone laugh.
Dominick is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Maureen (nee Mason), his uncle Richard Chiappetta, Aunts Joann and Marie; sisters-in-law Diane Roina (Robert), Patricia King; brothers-in-law Bill Mason, Michael (Jenny); many nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as his extended golf family.
To honor his life, family and friends will gather Wednesday 4pm-8pm at Coxe & Graziano Funeral home, 134 Hamilton Ave., Greenwich, (203) 869-5968. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Roch Church, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.
