BackCountry Jazz Offers Outdoor Concerts

BackCountry Jazz presents the Greenwich Jazz Festival 2022 featuring Jazz artists, from celebrated greats to young rising stars. Nine concerts in casual, open air settings throughout September. The next concert is Monday, August 15, 6:00 – 8:00pm.

The concert is free and all are welcome.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, picnic baskets, wine.

Special Guest Anthony Wilson guitar
Grammy-nominated guitarist Anthony Wilson is one of the leading musicians of his generation. Bennie Wallace tenor saxophone

Yasushi Nakamura bass

Vinton Hines Jr. drums
Vinton has been a part of the BCJazz music program for the past 8 years. Graduated from high school in June and awarded a major scholarship to the Manhattan School of Music, he just recently performed at his first Newport Jazz Festival.
