We extend our deepest sympathies to Ginger Heller on the loss of her beloved husband Donald. Donald was loving father to Warren Heller, Noah Heller, Liz Lynch and Jonathan Ochsner and loving father-in-law to Amy Heller, Savannah Heller, Dan Lynch and Barbara Ochsner. Donald was loving grandfather to Allie, Zach, Marissa, Jake, Henry, Eric, Alex and Emily.
Donald and Ginger have enjoyed living their lives in Greenwich for almost 50 years. Donald earned BA and Master of Public Administration degrees from Syracuse University. After a long and distinguished corporate and entrepreneurial career, Donald turned his attention to local activities. He was on the Greenwich Planning & Zoning board for 12 years and served as Chairman for 9 of those years. In addition he shared his talents on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Forum.
The funeral was held at 10am on Sunday, July 31 at Temple Sholom, 300 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich. The family has asked for donations to be made to Temple Sholom. The funeral will also be streamed at: www.templesholom.com/streaming.
Shiva was held on Sunday, July 31 from 5-7pm and Monday, August 1 from 7-9pm at Temple Sholom.
