Houlihan Lawrence announced that Spencer Sodokoff, an agent in their Greenwich office, has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors REALTOR Magazine as one the nation’s top 30 rising stars in real estate.
More than 300 young real estate practitioners nationwide applied for 30 Under 30 this year. In early March, a panel of judges narrowed the field down to 50 finalists of which Sodokoff was selected as the final 30 Under 30.
Sodokoff joined Houlihan Lawrence after having worked at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services since 2015. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Sodokoff is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. He is licensed in both New York and Connecticut. He is also the recipient of a Gold Award for sales at Houlihan Lawrence.
A resident of Greenwich, Sodokoff is a graduate of Skidmore College where he earned a BS degree in economic and business. He is active in his community serving as a varsity ice hockey coach for Greenwich Country Day School and a hockey coach for the Greenwich Skating Club.
