The Greenwich Biannual Resident Satisfaction Survey Results, which benchmark Greenwich’s strengths and identifies areas of improvement are now available. Overall, residents expressed high satisfaction with services provided by the Parks and Recreation Department and the Highway Division of the Department of Public Works. The survey also highlighted a need for improved communication between Town government and the community, especially in response to how residents prefer to receive information. Hundreds of residents completed the telephone and online surveys conducted last fall. Full survey results are below.
