Phil Lesh 9-Night Residency Announced at The Capitol Theatre

Today is legendary Grateful Dead founder Phil Lesh’s birthday. In celebration Lesh and The Capitol Theatre are gifting fans with the news that Lesh and his “Friends” are playing a 9-night extended October residency to celebrate Phil-o-Ween. The shows will take place October 14 – 16, October 21 – 23, and October 28, 29, and 31. These residency shows will mark Phil’s 100 show anniversary with The Cap, since 2012.
A Deadhead destination and a quintessential venue in Phil Lesh history, The Capitol Theatre’s Phil-o-Ween shows are always filled with musicians who like to push boundaries and create a mind-bending, high-octane, psychedelic experience in the Grateful Dead tradition.
Stay tuned as Phil’s friends will be announced at a later date. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 25 at 12PM ET here.
