Announcing the Junior First Selectman’s Youth Commission!

The Greenwich First Selectman’s Youth Commission (FSYC) is excited to announce the Junior First Selectman’s Youth Commission (JFSYC), a new initiative for middle schoolers. The JFSYC is a community of middle school students committed to promoting the youth voice in the Town of Greenwich. Its primary goal is to connect private and public middle school students in Greenwich to cultivate a collaborative environment and make meaningful change. It was established by FSYC members Lauren Harteveldt and Prathit Kurup in 2021.

Applications are due October 22nd, and applicants will be notified of their status in the first week of November. JFSYC meetings will then be held one Tuesday evening per month (beginning in November). We hope to see you there!
